Order Processing

Orders must be placed by Thursday to qualify for Sunday pick‑up or weekend delivery.

Orders received after the cutoff will be scheduled for fulfillment the following week.

Pick‑Up Policy

Pick‑up is available on Sundays at the location provided during checkout.

Customers are responsible for arriving during designated pick‑up hours.

Orders not collected within the scheduled time frame may be forfeited without refund.

Shipping Policy

Free standard shipping is offered on orders $150 or more (before taxes and discounts).

Standard shipping rates apply to all orders under $150.

Once shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect address information submitted during checkout.

Local Delivery

Delivery within the Winston‑Salem area is available on Saturday or Sunday with a minimum order of $100.

Delivery windows are estimated and may vary based on traffic, weather, or delivery volume.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. We are not responsible for items left unattended.

Order Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to review their order confirmation for accuracy.

Any corrections or changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt so we can assist.

All payments must be completed at the time of ordering.

We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout.
